1. What number can I call for support?

2. I lost my card, how do I block it?

Log in to AmOnline app or web browser, go to your credit card > tap/click on the Settings tab > Tap/click on Block this Card

3. How do I reset my credit card PIN in AmOnline Apps?

Log in to AmOnline app or web browser, go to your credit card > tap/click on the Settings tab > Tap/click on Change Card PIN

4. How do I request for a credit card replacement in AmOnline?

Log in to AmOnline app or web browser, go to your credit card > tap/click on the Settings tab > Tap/click on Replace this Card

5. Where can I submit my inquiries/feedback to AmBank?

6. What do I need to do if I received suspicious phishing email claiming from AmBank?

Firstly, do not entertain or click on the links from those suspicious phishing email. Then, please forward it to customercare@ambankgroup.com for investigation.

7. What should I do if I notice suspicious transactions using my AmBank account?

If you notice any suspicious transactions using your AmBank account, please call our Contact Centre at 03-2178 8888 immediately.
