Mortgage Revise Fee


Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that effective from 20 August 2024, the bank will revise fees related to housing loan and property loan.

Fees impacted are as below:

  1. Redemption statement (From RM50 to RM25)
  2. Request additional statement (From RM20 to RM15)
  3. Transfer of share of property (From RM400 to RM300)
  4. Set-up fee (From RM100 for homelink / RM200 for Propertylink to RM50)
