Cancellation and Penalty Process

  • Bookings can be cancelled five (5) calendar days prior to the date of play without penalty. The entire paid amount will be refunded to Visa if this dea​dline is met.
  • For bookings cancelled with a notice period lesser than five (5) calendar days prior to date of play, booking/green fees would be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation can be made through Visa Concierge (Phone, Email & Chat).
