Cancellation Policy & Rain Check
Cancellation and Penalty Process
- Bookings can be cancelled five (5) calendar days prior to the date of play without penalty. The entire paid amount will be refunded to Visa if this deadline is met.
- For bookings cancelled with a notice period lesser than five (5) calendar days prior to date of play, booking/green fees would be non-refundable.
- Cancellation can be made through Visa Concierge (Phone, Email & Chat).
