On this note, we are offering the AmBank Remedial Programme which is aimed at continuing our assistance to customers from Individual and SME as well as Microentreprise segments who are still facing financial difficulties due to the impact of the pandemic.
Before proceeding to apply for our AmBank Remedial Programme, we wish to highlight that for all customers who submit their applications on or after 1 January 2022, kindly take note that your Central Credit Reference Inf​ormation System (CCRIS) record will be impacted by this Remedial Programme. In the event your application is successful, your CCRIS record will indicate that your loan/financing account is under Rescheduled or Restructured Account in CCRIS.
