1. What is Cash Advance?
Cash Advance allows you to withdraw immediate cash from your credit card available cash balance to your AmBank current/savings account. To perform Cash Advance, go to Credit Card Account Details > Quick Actions > Get Cash Advance.
2. What is the allowable limit for a Cash Advance?
The allowable limit is dependent on your credit card cash limit. The available cash limit will be displayed in the ‘Get Cash Advance’ journey when you select the credit card to apply for Cash Advance.
3. Any charges for Cash Advance?
Yes, there are fees and charges for cash advance transactions. Refer to your credit card's terms and conditions for details on these fees & charges.
4. How long does it take to have the money credited to by savings/current account after submitting the cash advance request?
Immediately. You will receive the money immediately in your savings/current account.
5. When should I settle the cash advance?
The cash advance transaction will be reflected as part of your credit card statement, and you need to settle it in your next billing cycle.
6. Can I schedule a Cash Advance?
No, you can’t schedule a cash advance.
