View Portfolio Summary​

1. Where can I view my Unit Trust Portfolio summary?​
Launch AmOnline app > Tap “Account” > Swipe left to “Investment” > Tap your UT account > Scroll down to “My Portfolio”.
2. There is +% or -% displayed at my Unit Trust account, what is that?
It is an estimated unrealised gain/loss based on the latest available Net Asset Value (NAV).

View Transaction History

 

1. Where can I view my Unit Trust transactions?
Launch AmOnline App > Tap “Account” > Swipe left to “Investment” > Tap your UT account > Tap “Transaction History.”
2. How long will my transactions be recorded in the transaction history?
You can view your transaction history for up to the past 2 years.
3. Why can’t I see the unit trust transactions that I just performed in AmOnline?
It may take around 5 to 10 calendar days depending on the fund that was bought/redeemed, as required by the Fund Management Company.
4. How do I download my Unit Trust transaction history?
Launch AmOnline app > tap “Account” > swipe left to “Investment” > tap your UT account > tap “Transaction History” > tap on the download icon to download the transaction history.
5. Can I download a receipt of a transaction that I performed in AmOnline?

Yes, you can download the receipt of the transaction that you performed in AmOnline at Recent AmOnline Transactions.

Go to Recent AmOnline Transactions > Tap on Transaction > Tap View Receipt

View Fund Details

 

1. Where can I find more information on a Unit Trust Fund?

You can get more information below:

  • Go to AmOnline app > tap “Browse Fund” > tap on the fund that you are interested in
  • At your “My Portfolio” page > tap on the fund that you are interested in > tap “Buy More”

The information below is available:

  • Prospectus.
  • Fund Fact Sheet.
  • Product Highlight Sheet.
  • Financial Report.
  • Fund performance and other information relating to the fund.

Launch AmOnline app > tap “Account” > swipe left to “Investment” > tap on your Unit Trust account. Below details will be available to you.

Risk Profile

 

1. What is a Risk Profile?

Risk Profile shows your risk preferences when it comes to investing. You can choose your preferred Risk Profile during Investment Account Opening via AmOnline or when you want to update it later in your Unit Trust Account Details.

Funds will be displayed for purchase according to your Risk Profile, as Suitable or Other Funds.

2. How do I update my Risk Profile?
Go to your Unit Trust account details page and tap on “Update Risk Profile” menu. Joint Investment Account holders cannot update their risk profile via AmOnline.
3. Why do I need to update my Risk Profile?
You will need to update your Risk Profile if it has expired, for you to buy funds in AmOnline. You might also want to update it if your risk preferences have changed.
