“Show on AmOnline” allows the flexibility for you to show/hide accounts that are viewable & transactable in AmOnline.

However, we advise you to enable the “Show on AmOnline” settings for your accounts so that you can perform transactions from those accounts via AmOnline.

Go to AmOnline app > select “Account” > tap on the preferred loan/financing > tap on “Manage” > change the toggle of “Show on AmOnline”.

Your account may have been hidden.

To unhide, go to AmOnline app > tap “More” > tap “Account & Card Settings” > tap “Loan/Financing Settings” > at Hidden Accounts section, swipe and tap “Show” to unhide.

By default, AmOnline will show the accounts type name on the dashboard. Changing the name displayed to your preferred name allows you to identify your account easily.

E.G: My car insurance, My spouse car insurance

Go to AmOnline app > select “Account” > tap on the preferred Insurance > tap “Manage” > tap “Change Account Nickname” and enter your personalised nickname.
