View Policy Details
1. What types of insurance/takaful that I can purchase in AmOnline?
- Motor Insurance.
- Travel Insurance.
- Personal Accident Insurance.
2. How do I view my policy details?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” from the bottom menu > swipe to left and tap “Insurance” > tap on the insurance/policy that you want to view the details.
3. I purchased an insurance from AmOnline, why I can’t see the details in AmOnline?
The details of your purchase will be reflected in AmOnline the next working day.
4. How do I know if my Motor Insurance is going to expire soon or already expired?
You can see text “Expiring soon” or “Expired” for the Motor Insurance that is going to expire or already expired. You can see the text at AmOnline app > tap “Account” from the bottom menu > swipe to left and tap “Insurance” to view the status.
5. When can I see the status of expiring soon or expired for my Motor Insurance?
- For expiring soon, within 60 days of the expiry date
- For expired and you have not renewed, it will display for additional 14 days.
6. How do I know if my Personal Accident or Travel Insurance (Annual) is going to expire soon or already expired?
You can go to your policy details page in AmOnline to check for the Expiry date of your policy. Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” from the bottom menu > swipe to left and tap “Insurance” > tap on the insurance/policy that you want to view the details. Expired Personal Accident or Travel Insurance will not be displayed in AmOnline.
