1. What is the Transaction Limit?
Transaction Limit feature allows you to set up the personal allowable limit per day for the transaction that you perform on AmOnline.

Go to AmOnline App > Tap on “More” > Tap on “Transaction Limit” to view your personal limits for each transaction type.
2. Can I edit more than 1 limit at a time?
Yes, you can edit multiple transaction limits at a time. Simply tap edit on another transaction type after editing a particular transaction type.
3. I have just registered for AmOnline. Why am I unable to change my transaction limit?
As part of security control, newly registered AmOnline customers are only allowed to perform transactions up to the pre-defined limit within the pre-defined period set by the bank.
4. I have just increased my transaction limit, why am I still unable to perform transaction with my new increased limit?
As part of security measure, for any increased transaction limit, you need to serve a 12-hour cooling-off period. Once the cooling-off period is over, you will get notified via push notification and email. Meanwhile you can still transact with your previous limit.
