Favourites​

1. What is Favourites?
Favourites allows you to save your recipient’s account number or biller details so that you don’t have to enter during transaction.
2. What is the difference between "You" and "Others"?
Own (You): This section is for you to add accounts that belong to you.
Others (Other than you): This section is for you to add other recipients’ account. You can organise the recipients accounts into Contact.
3. What is Contact?
Contact allows you to group some recipients’ accounts for easier reference.
E.G:
All your families’ accounts can be grouped together, and can name the contact as “Family”
4. Do I need to create a contact for each of the accounts that I want to save as Favourites?
No, you can group a few accounts into a Contact.
5. How do I add an Account for “Own” or “Others”?

There are three ways to add an account.

  • You can add the new account under your “Own” if the favourites account is belonging to you. Just tap the profile under “You” and then tap on the “Add New Account” button.
  • You can add the new account to existing Contact, under “Others”. Just tap the Contact under “Others” and then tap on the “Add New Account” button.
  • Create a new Contact to add the new account. Just tap the “Add New Favourite” button to proceed.
6. How do I edit an Account for “Own” or “Others”?
Go to AmOnline app > tap on “More” > tap on the Contact > tap on the edit icon of the account you want to edit.
7. How do I delete an Account for “Own” or “Others”?
Go to AmOnline app > tap on “More” > swipe left on the Contact > tap on “Delete” > tap on the bin icon of the account you want to delete.
