Show/Hide Account

“Show on AmOnline” allows the flexibility for you to show/hide accounts that are viewable & transactable in AmOnline.​

However, we advise you to enable the “Show on AmOnline” settings for your accounts so that you can perform transactions from those accounts via AmOnline.

Go to AmOnline app > select “Account” > swipe left to “Fixed/Term Deposit” > tap on the preferred fixed deposit/term deposit > tap on “Manage” > change the toggle of “Show on AmOnline”.
Your account may have been hidden.
To unhide, go to AmOnline app > tap “More” > tap “Account & Card Settings” > tap “Fixed/Term Deposit Settings” > at Hidden Accounts section, swipe and tap “Show” to unhide.

Change Account Nickname


By default, AmOnline will show the accounts type name on the dashboard. Changing the name displayed to your preferred name allows you to identify your account easily.

E.G: FD 2 mths 3.15%p.a.​

Go to AmOnline app > select “Account” > swipe left to “Fixed/Term Deposit” > tap on the preferred fixed deposit/term deposit > tap “Manage” > tap “Change Account Nickname” and enter your personalised nickname.
No, only you will see your personalised nickname. The joint account holder needs to personalise his/her own nickname.
