Purchase/Renew Insurance​

1. What types of insurance/takaful that I can purchase in AmOnline?
  • Motor Insurance.
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Personal Accident Insurance.
2. Where can I purchase insurance in AmOnline?

Go to AmOnline app > tap on “Account” > swipe left and tap “Insurance” > tap “Apply” of your preferred insurance products.

Alternatively, you can also go to “More” at the bottom menu > tap “Apply for More Services”.

3. Where can I renew insurance in AmOnline?

“Renew” option is only available for Motor Insurance. If your motor insurance is going to expire soon, “Renew” option will be available to you. Go to AmOnline app > tap on “Account” > swipe left and tap “Insurance” > tap on the insurance that is marked as “Expiring Soon” > tap “Renew Now”.

Note: The “Renew Now” button will only be displayed if your car insurance expires in 60 days.

4. When can I check if my policy has been successfully renewed or purchased?
Your newly renewed/purchased insurance will be reflected in AmOnline the next working day.
