Change Security Image
1. What is the purpose of the Security Image?
Security Image is an additional authentication layer used for you to verify that you are accessing from a genuine website. DO NOT proceed to enter your password if the security image displayed is incorrect.
2. How secure is the security image in AmOnline?
We have lots of security images in AmOnline. AmOnline will randomly display a few of the security images for your selection. Therefore, it is difficult for an unauthorised party to display your selected image for verification.
3. Can I upload my own image as my security image?
For security reasons, you are unable to upload your own image. However, we provide lots of security images for your selection.
4. I have chosen my security image when registering in AmOnline. Where can I change it in AmOnline?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “More” > tap “Sign-In & Security” > tap “Change Security Image” > choose your preferred new security image. We advise you to change your security image periodically to protect your log in.
