You can view your current or savings account/-i transaction history for up to 5 months.
Yes, you can download the receipt of the transaction that you performed in AmOnline at Recent AmOnline Transactions.
Go to AmOnline app > scroll down to “Recent AmOnline Transactions” > tap on the transaction or “More Transactions” > tap “View Receipt” to download the receipt.
If you have registered for AmOnline using your Debit card, all your other accounts with AmBank will be automatically displayed in your AmOnline.
If you have registered for AmOnline with a credit card or loan/financing account, you can only view the credit cards or loan/financing accounts.
If you want to link your debit card, go to AmOnline app > tap on “More” > tap “Account & Card Settings” > tap “Link Account” to link the debit card.
No, you can’t delink your account. At Settings, you may hide the account from showing in AmOnline. Once you hide, you won’t be able to see the account at AmOnline, until you unhide.
You no longer need to search through all your SMS messages to find your AmOnline transaction notifications in different short codes. You can view all your AmOnline transaction notifications at a single place which is at the AmOnline app.
To receive push notification from AmOnline app, your mobile phone must have allowed access to AmOnline app to send notifications.
For iPhone,
- Go to “Settings”
- Scroll down and select “AmOnline”
- Select “Notifications”
- Toggle to “Allow Notifications”
For Android phone,
- Go to “Settings”
- Select “Notifications”
- Select “AmOnline”
- Toggle to “Allow Notifications”
Note: Different phone models will have different steps of enabling the notifications.
After allowing notifications from the mobile phone, log in to AmOnline app > go to Menu > Turn Off or On the “Push Notification” again.
Yes. As long as your mobile phone is connected to the internet and your mobile phone allows notifications from AmOnline app.
Yes, you will receive push notification on your new phone. After your AmOnline Profile is bounded to your new phone, your previous phone will be unbounded automatically and no notifications will be pushed to your old phone.

View eStatement
You can view and download your eStatement for up to 6 months.
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > tap “View eStatement” > tap on cycle month of the eStatement that you want to download.
Proceed to the nearest AmBank branch to get the statement of account. Charges may apply.
View Direct Debit
If you have set up a Direct Debit instruction at biller’s side (e.g. Telco /Insurance Company), you can view it at AmOnline.
It may take a few days for the biller to process the instruction. If you are still unable to view it in your Direct Debit history, please contact the biller regarding the status of the Direct Debit.
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > tap “View Direct Debit” > tap on the direct debit transaction that you want to view.
You are unable to cancel/terminate a Direct Debit in AmOnline. Instead, you will need to contact the biller to cancel/terminate the Direct Debit instruction.
