EPF/KWSP i-Simpan

1. What is EPF/KWSP i-Simpan?
It is an option for EPF/KWSP members (Malaysian citizen & Permanent Resident) below age 75 to make additional contribution voluntarily to their EPF/KWSP account.

Starting from 5 December 2025, the initiative was rebranded from Voluntary Contribution to i-Simpan to make it clearer and better reflect its purpose. For more details, please visit the EPF official site.
2. How can I make the EPF/KWSP i-Simpan?
Go to AmOnline Home Dashboard > select “Pay Bills” > select Non-JomPAY > select “EPF/KWSP”.
3. What is the maximum limit for this EPF/KWSP i-Simpan?
The maximum limit is RM 100,000 per year.
4. Will I get charged for this EPF/KWSP i-Simpan?
No, this service is free of charge.
5. Can I schedule my EPF/KWSP i-Simpan?

Yes, you can.  Refer to “Pay Bills” FAQ for more details.

6. I have made the contribution, but it is still not reflected in my EPF/KWSP account after 2-3 working days. Who do I contact to check the details?
You may contact EPF Contact Management Centre at 03-8922 6000.
7. I have provided the wrong EPF Number/Name/New IC Number and already submitted the payment. Who do I contact for further action?
