1. What is Search Assistance for?
Search Assistance is to help you to search for the feature that you wanted to access easily.
2. Do I need to login to use this Search Assistant?
No, you can use the Search Assistant without logging in. However, Quick Access or password authentication is required upon navigating you to the feature that you wanted to access.
3. Does the Search Assistant remember my previous keyword search?
Yes, the search assistant remembers up to 6 historical records and your search records can be found under 'Recent Search'. This provides you the convenience and easier references in future.
4.Can I clear my search history under 'Recent Search'?
This feature will only be available in upcoming enhancements.​
5. Can I hide the Quick Balance amount?
Your Quick Balance is hidden by default. To show it, you will be asked for Quick Access verification. This is to better protect your account. Refer to “Quick Access” FAQ to know more about this feature.
