View Credit Card Details & Transaction History

1. How do I view my credit card details?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” from the bottom menu > tap “Cards” > tap on the card​ that you want to view the details.​
2. My credit card number is masked. How can I view my full credit card number?​

On AmOnline App, you can unmask your card number under 'Details' section by tapping on 'Unhide' button to show full card number.

Alternatively, you may refer to your physical credit card to get the full credit card number.

3. I have paid minimum payment on my credit card, why does it still display "DUE SOON" / "OVERDUE"?

The status will be reflected accordingly once the payment has been processed. If you made the credit card payment using AmOnline, you may check the payment status on Recent AmOnline Transactions.

Rest assured that no late payment fee will be charged to you if you have made the minimum payment on, or before the Due Date for your credit card.

4. How long will my transactions be recorded in my credit card transaction history?
You can view your credit card transaction history for up to 5 months.
5. How do I download my credit card transaction history?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” from the bottom menu > tap “Cards” > tap on the card that you want to view the history > scroll down to “Transaction History” section > tap on the download icon to download your transaction history.
6. Can I download a receipt of a transaction that I performed in AmOnline?

Yes, you can download the receipt of the transaction that you performed in AmOnline at Recent AmOnline Transactions.

Go to AmOnline app > scroll down to “Recent AmOnline Transactions” > tap on the transaction or “More Transactions” > tap “View Receipt” to download the receipt.

7. I have new accounts with AmBank after my registration with AmOnline. These new accounts are not displaying, what should I do?

If you have registered for AmOnline using your Debit card, all your other accounts & cards with AmBank will be automatically displayed in your AmOnline.

If you have registered for AmOnline with a loan/financing account, you can only view the loan/financing accounts. If you want to link your current or savings account/-i, go to AmOnline app > tap on “More” > tap “Account & Card Settings” > tap “Link Account” > select the account/card type you want to link.

8. After I linked my accounts, am I able to delink?
No, you can’t delink your account. You may hide the account from showing in AmOnline at Settings. Once you hide, you won’t be able to see the account at AmOnline anymore.

View eStatement

9. How many months of eStatement that I can download from AmOnline?
You can view and download your eStatement for up to 6 months.
10. Where can I download my eStatement in AmOnline?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > tap “View eStatement” > tap on cycle month of the eStatement that you want to download.
11. What should I do if I need to download more than 6 months statement of account?
Proceed to the nearest AmBank branch to get the statement of account. Charges may apply.

View Direct Debit

12. What is Direct Debit?

If you have set up a Direct Debit instruction at biller’s side (e.g. Telco /Insurance Company), you can view it at AmOnline.

It may take a few days for the biller to process the instruction. If you are still unable to view it in your Direct Debit history, please contact the biller regarding the status of the Direct Debit.

13. Where can I view my Direct Debit details in AmOnline?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > tap “View Direct Debit” > tap on the direct debit transaction that you want to view.
14. How do I cancel/ terminate the Direct Debit authorisation?
You are unable to cancel/terminate a Direct Debit in AmOnline. Instead, you will need to contact the biller to cancel/terminate the Direct Debit instruction.
