AmFlexi-Plus allows you to convert outstanding retail balances on your AmBank credit card/credit card-i into affordable monthly instalments.

AmFlexi-Plus is made available to selected principal and supplementary Cardholders of the Bank.

There will be a ‘Apply for AmFlexi-Plus’ widget displayed on your Credit Card Details Page with the available retail balance for conversion if the card is eligible to apply.

The final approved amount must be equal to or lower than your current outstanding retail balance at the time of processing. As such, the final approved amount may be lower.

The eligible amount for conversion is based on your outstanding retail balances (which excludes fees and charges). As this amount is refreshed at the end of the day, any payment made within the day will not be reflected.​

Yes, you may call our Contact Centre at +603 2178 8888 to opt for early settlement.

Note: All outstanding instalments with its respective interest/management fee for the entire Tenure shall immediately become due and payable in any early settlement.

Alternatively, you may select the card you wish to apply for AmFlexi-Plus on 'Account' Dashboard > Cards.

Once land on Card Details page, you may scroll down and there will be a Apply AmFlexi-Plus widget with available retail balance if the card is eligible to apply.

Your application will be processed within (3) three calendar days.

Yes, you may navigate via 'More' at bottom navigation > Apply for More Services > View Application History.
