View Card Details​
1. How do I view my debit card details?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” from the bottom menu > tap “Cards” > tap on the card that you want to view the details.
2. My debit card number is masked. How can I view my full debit card number?
On AmOnline App, you can unmask your card number under 'Details' section by tapping on 'Unhide' button to show full card number.
3. Why there is no transaction history for my debit card?
You can find the transactions history in the primary current or savings account/-i of the debit card.
4. How do I know which of my current or savings account/-i is the primary account of my debit card?
You may call our Contact Center to get the details.
5. After I linked my debt card, am I able to delink?
No, you can’t delink your debit card. You may hide the debit card from showing in AmOnline at Settings. Once you hide, you won’t be able to see the debit card at AmOnline anymore.
