View Accounts Details & Transaction History

1. How do I view my account details?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” from the bottom menu > tap “Loan/Financing” > tap on the loan/financing account that you want to view the details.​
2. How long will my transactions be recorded in my account transaction history?
You can view your loan/financing transaction history for up to 6 months.
3. How do I download my account transaction history?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” from the bottom menu > tap “Loan/Financing” > tap on the loan/financing account that you want to view the history > scroll down to “Transaction History” section > tap on the download icon to download your account history.
4. Can I download a receipt of a transaction that I performed in AmOnline?

Yes, you can download the receipt of the transaction that you performed in AmOnline at Recent AmOnline Transactions.

Go to AmOnline app > scroll down to “Recent AmOnline Transactions” > tap on the transaction or “More Transactions” > tap “View Receipt” to download the receipt.

5. Why are some of my accounts not showing in AmOnline?

If you have registered for AmOnline using your Debit card, all your other accounts with AmBank will be automatically displayed in your AmOnline. Refer table below.

If you have registered for AmOnline with a credit card or loan/financing account, you can only view the credit cards or loan/financing accounts.

If you want to link your debit card, go to AmOnline app > tap on “More” > tap “Account & Card Settings” > tap “Link Account” to link the debit card.

6. After I linked my accounts, am I able to delink?
No, you can’t delink your account. You may hide the account from showing in AmOnline at Settings. Once you hide, you won’t be able to see the account at AmOnline anymore.

View eStatement


7. How many months of eStatement that I can download from AmOnline?
Only one yearly eStatement is available to download.
8. Where can I download my eStatement in AmOnline?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > tap “View eStatement” > tap on the yearly eStatement > enter the password to download the eStatement.
9. I have entered the password to view my loan/financing account’s eStatement, but unable to open the eStatement.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct password as per the instruction on the eStatement screen.

If you are on an iOS device with OS version 13 or above, password will be auto clear if incorrect password entered. OS version that is lower than that, please clear the password and reenter again as per instruction.

10. Where can I download my eStatement in AmOnline?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > tap “View eStatement” > tap on the yearly eStatement > enter the password to download the eStatement.
11. What should I do if I need to download other years statement of account?
Proceed to the nearest AmBank branch to get the statement of account. Charges may apply.
