Scheduled Transactions
1. What is scheduled transfer?
Scheduled transactions show your one-off future or recurring transactions at a pre-set timing and amount to a designated beneficiary account of your choice.
2. I have set a one-off/recurring transaction. How do I change the transaction details such as date, frequency, and amount?
You can’t update existing details of your scheduled transactions. To change the details, you need to delete the current scheduled transaction record and set up a new scheduled transaction accordingly.
3.I have set a one-off/recurring transaction and no longer want to continue. How do I delete the scheduled transaction?

Log in to AmOnline > More > Scheduled Transactions > Expand the transaction > Tab on Delete this Transaction.

For recurring transaction, you can choose to delete the upcoming transaction or the entire series.
