Replace Card​​

1. What is Replace Card?
Replace Card feature allows you to request for a new card replacement if your current card is damaged or broken.
2. How can I replace my card?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > select “Cards” > tap on the card you want to block > tap “Manage” > tap “Replace this Card”.
3. How can I update the mailing address of the new card?

If the mailing address displayed is not your current residential address, please call our Contact Center to get it updated.

If you wish to self-collect the credit card at the nearest AmBank branches, please call our Contact Center to have the request updated.

4. How soon can I get my replacement card?
It may take up to 1 week to be processed.
Note: Processing time aforementioned is on best effort basis.
