Quick Balance
1. There is a widget in Home Dashboard that displays my account name & balance, what is it for?
This is a new feature introduced in our facelift app known as 'Quick Balance' which allows you to have a quick view of your default account's balance.
2. Is there any option where I can personalize the Quick Balance to display any account to my preference?
This feature will be enabled in our upcoming releases. For now, it will display any current/ savings account which you have set as 'Default’.
3. Where can I set up my current/ savings account as ‘Default’?
Login to AmOnline app > Tap on the “Account” at the bottom navigation > select the current or savings account/-i that you want to save as a default > go to “Manage” > enable the Set as Default toggle.
4. How do I disable the Quick Balance?
You can’t disable Quick Balance.
5. Can I hide the Quick Balance amount?
Your Quick Balance is hidden by default. To show it, you will be asked for Quick Access verification. This is to better protect your account. Refer to “Quick Access” FAQ to know more about this feature.
