a.      Message us  Message us if you want to report any issues, raise queries, or leave us feedback.
 
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Me” > scroll down and tap “Message Us” option > tap on the “Create New Message”

c.       Call us At +603-2178 8888 (Monday – Sunday, 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.)
2. After I write a message to us, how soon I will get the reply?

Yes, our Contact Centre agents will reply to your messages as soon as they can. You will receive a push notification once our agents have replied.  Please ensure you have enabled the push notification. 

3. Can I send more than one message?

Yes, you can.

4. Can I continue replying to a conversation that has been resolved (closed)?

No, once the conversation has been closed by our agents, you would need to create a new message.

5. My query has been resolved. Can I delete the conversation?

Yes, you can.  Go to AmOnline app > tap on “More” > tap on “Messages” > swipe left on the conversation and tap “Delete”.
